Search for live streaming services in Lebanon and most of what you find is for viewers: television channels online, subscription apps, internet packages for watching. If that is what you were after, this page is not it.
This guide is for the other side of the screen: the organizer who has an event, a ceremony, a launch or a panel, and wants people who are not in the room to watch it live. That is a production service, and we are Fine Line Production in Beirut, where live coverage and streaming is one of our core services.
Online events are now ordinary. In Wyzowl's 2026 video marketing survey, 56% of video marketers said they use webinars, listed straight after Instagram at 69% and Facebook at 66%.
The kinds of live streaming service
Not every stream is the same job. These are the ones organizers in Lebanon ask for most.
1. Conference and panel streaming
Several cameras in the room, the speakers' slides, name titles on screen and a stream to the organization's own channels. We have streamed live events for the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie, the Peace Research Institute Oslo, the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, Mercy Corps, Jusoor and OHCHR. Several of them are on our live streaming page.

2. Hybrid events with remote speakers
Some speakers are on stage and some join from another country. A remote guest comes in through a call and the director cuts them in like any other source, full screen or beside the moderator.
3. Ceremonies and graduations
Long events with one chance to get each moment: the walk, the name, the handshake. We streamed the Phoenicia University graduation in 2019.
4. Social live broadcasts
Streams made for a platform's own live audience rather than for an event in a room. We produced live broadcasts for TikTok in the MENA region in 2023, with studio setups and multi-camera switching.
5. Streams from the field
Not every event happens in a hotel ballroom. We have streamed from innovation hubs and from remote field sites, where the internet connection and the power have to be planned rather than assumed.

6. Studio streams and webinars
A talk, an interview or a product demonstration streamed from our studio in Hamra, with no venue to hire. We can send any video to several platforms at once, and bring video calls and presentations into the picture.
What a full service includes
A complete live streaming service is more than a camera and an internet connection. With us it includes:
- Up to eight sources cut in real time: cameras, slides, clips and remote guests.
- Four to five cameras at 6K on a typical event, each with an operator.
- YouTube, Facebook and Instagram at the same time, with separate custom feeds when an event needs them.
- Every camera and audio channel recorded in isolation, so clean material is ready for editing straight after.
- Edited deliverables in a few working days: a highlights film, session videos, short clips.
- Sign language interpretation in the picture when the event calls for it, across Lebanese, Jordanian and Palestinian sign languages.
The plain-language version of how these parts fit together is in how live streaming works for events, and what each part does to the budget is in how much live streaming costs in Lebanon.
How to choose a live streaming provider
A live event has no second take, so the questions are about what happens when something goes wrong.
- What is the plan for the internet connection? Ask whether they test the venue's line beforehand and what they do if it drops.
- Who cuts the stream? A director choosing shots in real time is the difference between a broadcast and a fixed camera.
- Where does the sound come from? A clean feed from the venue's sound desk, or their own microphones.
- Is everything recorded as well as streamed? If the stream fails, the recording is what saves the event.
- Is it one team or several suppliers? Cameras, streaming and editing from three companies means three handovers on a day with no margin.
- Can they show you an event like yours? A ceremony, a hybrid panel and a social broadcast are different skills.
- What do you receive afterwards, and when?
What we are not
We are not a television provider, an internet provider or a streaming platform. We produce the broadcast: the cameras, the cut, the sound, the graphics and the stream itself, and we send it to the platforms you choose.
