What we collect

Inquiry form. If you contact us through the form, we receive the details you enter: name, email address, organization, project type and your message. Submissions are processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and forwarded to our inbox. We use them only to reply to you and discuss your project — never for marketing lists, and we don't sell or share them.

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, country, how you found us, which films are watched). Analytics cookies are set only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner; if you decline, only anonymous, cookieless signals are sent. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Hosting logs. Netlify, which serves this site, keeps standard short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations.

Embedded video

Films on this site are played through Vimeo and YouTube embedded players. When you play a video, those services may set their own cookies and collect usage data under their own privacy policies (Vimeo Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy). Links to WhatsApp open the WhatsApp service, which is operated by Meta.

Legal basis & retention

We process form submissions on the basis of taking steps prior to entering a contract (your inquiry), and analytics on the basis of your consent. Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting project. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — email info@finelineprod.com. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
