Wisam Kostantine – Inclusion

About The Project

DOT is a youth-led movement of daring social innovators who have the tools, knowledge, and networks to create opportunities and transform their own communities. Funded by the Drosos Foundation, Fine Line Production created a series of interview-based videos to raise awareness about the importance of the inclusion of people with physical and hearing impairments in the workplace, and all other sectors of life.

This interview was conducted with Wissam Konstantine, a project director for the Canadian Association of the Deaf, a basketball coach, and a school teacher. Wissam talks about the challenges of life, and his success story. He delivers a message to managers, hiring staff and directors of all companies to give people a chance, because everyone has a special ability and can thrive in an industry when given the opportunity.

All pre-production, production and post-production was executed by Fine Line Production. This included research, sound design, team and equipment assembly, filming, editing, and color grading.
