Lynn Saied – Inclusion

DOT

About The Project

DOT is a youth-led movement of daring social innovators who have the tools, knowledge, and networks to create opportunities and transform their own communities. Funded by the Drosos Foundation, Fine Line Production created a series of interview-based videos to raise awareness about the importance of the inclusion of people with physical and hearing impairments in the workplace, and all other sectors of life.

This interview was conducted with Lynn Saied, a journalist with Bachelor’s and Master’s qualifications. Lynn talks about a turning point in her life, which was doing an internship with a reputable TV station in Lebanon. She asks that employers focus on applicant qualifications and experience rather than on their impairments. She asks that people don’t give up in the face of an obstacle and embrace it instead.

All pre-production, production and post-production was executed by Fine Line Production. This included research, sound design, team and equipment assembly, filming, editing, and color grading.
