Joe Rahal – Inclusion

About The Project

DOT is a youth-led movement of daring social innovators who have the tools, knowledge, and networks to create opportunities and transform their own communities. Funded by the Drosos Foundation, Fine Line Production created a series of interview-based videos to raise awareness about the importance of the inclusion of people with physical and hearing impairments in the workplace, and all other sectors of life.

This interview was conducted with Joe Rahal, Founder and head of the Joe Rahal Foundation for people with special needs. Joe has a Bachelors in Political Science and International Affairs, a double Master’s degree in Strategic Negotiations and International Diplomacy from France, and is currently working on his PhD in Political Science revolving around the integration of people with disabilities in the civil and political society in Lebanon. Joe highlights the responsibility of people with impairments to take an active part in their societies, and create opportunities for themselves.

All pre-production, production and post-production was executed by Fine Line Production. This included research, sound design, team and equipment assembly, filming, editing, and color grading.
